Return eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered. To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, untampered with, and in its original packaging.
Because Crown Luxe Growth Oil is a personal-care product, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Starting a return
Email Kaliyahk685@gmail.com before mailing anything back. Include your name, order number, reason for the request, and a photo of the unopened product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because Beauty in the Making is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and shipping package so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or correct a shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
